Privacy Policy
STUPID Party Conversation Starters · Effective August 8, 2026
Overview
Digomind Productions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) makes STUPID Party Conversation Starters (the “App”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the App or visit this website, and how we use it.
Information we collect
Gameplay. Freeplay and Wildcard modes run on your device. We do not require an account to play.
Party Mode. When you host or join a multiplayer game, we store temporary game data (such as a room code, player display names, scores, and game state) so devices can stay in sync. This data is used only to run the session and is not used to build a personal profile.
Analytics. We use analytics tools to understand how the App is used (for example, which screens are opened or which features are popular). We configure these tools to avoid collecting the text of your answers or other sensitive content you type during play.
Crash reporting. If the App crashes, we may receive technical diagnostic information to help us fix bugs.
Website. This site is hosted on Squarespace. Squarespace may collect standard server logs and cookies as described in their privacy policy.
How we use information
- Operate Party Mode and keep multiplayer sessions running
- Improve stability, performance, and features
- Understand aggregate usage trends
- Respond to support requests
We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
The App may use service providers that process data on our behalf, such as:
- Supabase (multiplayer game data)
- PostHog (product analytics)
- Sentry (error monitoring)
- Apple App Store, Google Play, and Steam (distribution and purchases, if applicable)
Each provider has its own privacy practices. We share only what is needed for them to provide their services.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above.
